Our Simple Refund Policy
At Fresh Milk Shop, we want you to be happy with your dairy products. Because we deal with fresh food, our refund rules are simple and clear.
1. Damaged or Bad Products
If you receive milk or any product that is spoiled, leaking, or damaged, please let us know within 4 hours of delivery. We will either:
- Send a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
- Give you a full refund for that item.
2. Missing Items
If you paid for an item but it was not delivered, please call us. We will send the item immediately or refund the amount to your account.
3. Cancellations
For daily subscriptions, you can pause or cancel your delivery anytime from your account. If you cancel after the morning delivery has already started, the refund will apply from the next day.
4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product if possible.
5. Money Back
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method (bank or card) within 5 to 7 working days.
